Hosting Refund

Each Global Hostings web hosting plan carries a 30 day money back guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the refund time period specified for your plan, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees (if applicable), domain names registration and overages.

Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only: (1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (2) the domain name was not available at ENOM.
 

Domain Name Registration Refund

All sales are final. This is why it is very important to check your order thoroughly before submitting.  You do have two opportunities to review domains and can back out of the order before you select to purchase the domain.  Once a domain is registered, the spelling cannot be changed.

 

You can update the shopping cart page if you wish to change the number of years...or delete the domain from your shopping cart and start over if you spelled it wrong. 

 

From the purchase page, you can back out of the transaction.  It's not too late if you notice a spelling mistake or have changed your mind.  Hit BACK and make your updates.

 

If you click purchase on the purchase page, please note:
All sales are final, no refunds will be issued.  You are not prompted again, if you do not wish to purchase the domain, hit BACK and make your corrections.
 

Tip:
If a mistake is made and you do not wish to keep a domain name, be sure that you log into your account and uncheck the box for auto-renewal. This will ensure that the domain is not automatically renewed upon expiration and it will eventually be deleted.

 

Domain Name Renewal Refund

Once a domain is renewed, the Registry does not provide an option to delete the renewal for refund, nor can you remove a specific number of years if you renewed for more than you intended.

 

When the domain is in your shopping cart, you can update how many years you want to extend the registration.  Change the quantity and select update cart.  You can do this at any time.  This displays your "per year" rate.  If you disagree with your rate, please contact us before making a purchase.

 

When the domain is on your purchase page, if the number of years is incorrect, you can still change your mind.  This displays the total price for all years.  If you disagree with this total or number of years, go back to your shopping cart.  Make the appropriate updates before you attempt to purchase again. 

 

Please be careful.  Once you select purchase on a renewal, you agree that the purchase is final and there are no refunds.  The number of years are immediately added and we cannot change the expiration date with the Registry.

 

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages, disk space, pop accounts, sub-accounts, Domain Parking accounts, etc. It does not also apply to reseller accounts, or any fees associated with these accounts.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Global Hostings for violating our Acceptable Usage Policy or Service Policies do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, warez, you will not be given any refund.

To receive a full refund you must let us know why you are not satisfied. This collation of information is used to improve and provide the highest quality service possible for our present and future customers. To receive a full refund, e-mail our sales department and we will send you a cancellation form. Any cancellation request will be effective upon receipt.
